Tour packages with hotels
Hotel-inclusive packages follow the cancellation window of the hotels blocked for your dates, which is shared in writing at the time of booking. Peak-season bookings in Himachal, Uttarakhand and Kashmir are usually non-refundable within 15 days of arrival.
Changes instead of cancellation
Date changes made more than 72 hours before travel are free once per booking, subject to vehicle and hotel availability. It is almost always cheaper to postpone than to cancel.
Cancellations by us
If we cancel for any reason other than force majeure, you receive a full refund including the advance, or a replacement vehicle at no extra cost — your choice.
