How do I book a car with Swami Narayan Travel?
You can book in three ways — fill the quick enquiry form on this website, call +91 9997336554, or send us a WhatsApp message. Share your pickup city, drop location, travel date and number of passengers, and we send a fixed quote within 10 minutes. A booking is confirmed once you approve the quote and pay the advance.
What types of cars do you provide for rental?
We operate sedans (Dzire, Etios, Aura), SUVs (Ertiga, XUV, Creta), Innova and Innova Crysta, 12 to 17 seater tempo travellers, and luxury cars such as Mercedes E-Class, BMW 5 Series, Audi A6 and Toyota Fortuner. All cars are under 5 years old, sanitised before every trip and driven by verified chauffeurs.
Do you provide airport pickup and drop?
Yes. We cover Delhi IGI Airport Terminals 1, 2 and 3, plus Jewar, Chandigarh, Dehradun, Jaipur and Lucknow airports. Airport pickups include flight tracking and 45 minutes of free waiting time; drops are charged at a fixed fare with no surge pricing.
What is included in the per-kilometre fare?
Outstation fares include the car, fuel, driver and standard maintenance. State toll, parking, and the driver night allowance (₹300 per night) are charged extra at actuals. For round trips a minimum running of 250 km per day applies, which we always state on the quote before you pay.
Can I customise a tour package?
Yes. Every package on this site is a starting point. Tell us your dates, budget, hotel category and the places you want to add or drop, and we rebuild the itinerary for you — usually within a few hours. Custom itineraries are free of charge.
Is there a cancellation charge?
Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup are refunded in full. Between 48 and 24 hours, 25% of the advance is retained. Within 24 hours of pickup, 50% is retained. Hotel-inclusive tour packages follow the hotel's own cancellation window, which we share in writing at the time of booking.
Do you offer 24x7 support during the trip?
Yes. Our travel desk answers calls and WhatsApp messages 24 hours a day while a trip is running. Every booking also gets the driver's name and number in advance, and a backup vehicle is arranged if a car develops a fault on the road.
Which cities and states do you cover?
We are based in Delhi NCR and run trips across Delhi, Noida, Ghaziabad, Gurugram, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Rajasthan and Jammu & Kashmir. Long-distance drops to Nepal border points, Gujarat and Madhya Pradesh are available on request.
